Real Spaces is a brand that strives to build homes that are a benchmark in themselves. Comfortable homes, surrounded by nature and equipped with all modern amenities are the hallmark of their projects.

Real Spaces was about to launch a new real estate project named Veda42. Our team was given the task of creating an integrated offline and online branding for it. We designed their logo, brand identity, stationery like business cards, envelops and floor maps, offline marketing collaterals like billboards, standee advertisements, and brochure. We also created a website that acted as a back bone of their lead generation activities.

The visual identity incorporates two elements- nature denoted by a plant twig and the brand name indicated by the letter V. This construction of the identity ties community and nature together which is what Veda 42 is all about.

Outdoor hoardings play an integral part in offline advertising. we designed aesthetic and bold outdoor signage that gave information to the people at a glance and attracted them to check out the project.

A brochure was an essential document for all the people who visited the construction site offline. We laid emphasis on the images throughout the brochure because we knew that it was the beautiful pictures that had the power to convince the viewers to buy a property.

Our web design team developed an image-centric website that ensured that all the villas and the amenities on offer were visually well-represented on the web pages. With elements like floor maps, contact forms, brochures and location maps integrated into these pages, this website was a very good way to showcase the entire project to interested buyers.
